They would review you resume and contact you to schedule an interview if they see you as a good fit and would like to offer you employment.
This is a scam, you made me pay for the course but you're not offering a job. Im sorry you feel that way. We are required to ensure that all applicants meet our minimum requirements. At that point, we would be able to forward your resume to our hiring clients. If our hiring clients elected not to hire you, that is not in our power to control.
